Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are conditions affecting how a person thinks, feels, interacts with others. It is estimated that 1 in 70 to 1 in 100 people are on the autism spectrum.

The National Health Survey 2017–18 estimated that 1 in 5 (20%) Australians reported that they had a mental or behavioural condition during the collection period. The most common disorders were anxiety spectrum disorders.

Trauma related conditions such as Post Traumatic disorder are often under-reported, under-recognised and under-treated. According to the 2007 National Survey of Mental Health and Wellbeing, 12% of Australians experienced PTSD in their life.

Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) causes individuals to have persistent problems in paying attention, suffering with hyperactivity and impulsive behaviors.

Mood disorders such as Depressive disorders and Bipolar Disorder are common and if left untreated have a profound effect on the individuals biological, social and psychological wellbeing.

1 in 5 of us suffer with mental health disorders. They are common and debilitating, hence require early diagnosis and treatment for a better outcome.
